The musical opened in San Diego on 04/02/98 and ran through 05/03/98.  Inside are headshot photos, bios, cast list and musical numbers list.  Cast includes Roxane Barlow, John Bolton, Brendan Byrnes, Lindsay Champers, Lewis Cleale, Misty Cotton, Jack Donahue, Christine Farr-Wersinger, Sutton Foster, Pamela Gold, Amy Heggins, Jenny Jill, Alicia Irving, Joanne Manning, Adam Matalon, Rod McCune, Paula Newsome, Monica Pege, Jonathan Sharp, Mark Anthony Taylor and Courtney Young.  Music by Burt Bacharach, lyrics by Hal David and book by Kenny Solms.  Conceived by Gillian Lynne and Kenny Solms (based on the songs of Burt Bacharach and Hal David).  D

Condition is near excellent with minor wear.

CONDITION:
I use a six-step condition scale to describe the overall paper quality:  Mint, Excellent, Very Good, Good, Fair, Poor.  Good means just that:  desireable for a collection with no immediate need to upgrade.  Excellent and Mint are usually reserved for publisher and music store remainders.  Expect Good-minus and Fair to have considerable wear.  All specific condition faults are noted after the general condition.
