The whole package from The New Amsterdam Theatre on Broadway, NYC, where the show opened in 1997. The covers have some shelf wear, bumps and rubbing to edges, but are bright and clean. The staple binding on the program book is tight. All pages are clean and bright and glossy and colorful and unmarked.
