This is a set of five Ryukyu Lacquerware hashioki (or chopstick rests).   These were hand made and hand decorated in Okinawa, Japan.  They measure 2 1/4 inches in length and are in NEW condition.

I buy to resell, so consider my cost plus ebay and paypal fees on the item and shipping that can total almost 15% of the final sale price. Welcome to my little store!. All of my items were collected while living in Japan from local markets and antique stores as well as surprise findings here in the US. All items are as described and I check them closely for any flaws or damage. Some use can be expected on vintage items and antiques, as some wear and tear can be expected with age. I do my best to describe any issues that may effect value. Please feel free to email with any questions or concerns! I will gift wrap items on request, just let me know if it is for a guy or a gal and what is the occasion. A lot of what I have is still in boxes, so it may take some time to find an item that has not been listed. I do have a lot of backstock from my life in Japan, so if you are looking for something specific, feel fee to ask. I will happily combine shipping when it is safe to do so. Most of my items will ship Priority USPS as I feel there is less damage, the faster it gets delivered. Local pick-up must be arranged prior to payment. I will refund excess postage if its off more than a one dollar. I mail my items 2-3 times per week. Please allow up to 5 business days for receipt.
