    Program has 16 pages and measures  9 x 12 inches.  Program itself includes 14 pages of color production photos of the original Tour cast- starring
    Karen Ziemba
    and
    James Brennan
    . In addition, there are two four-page, single-fold inserts from circa March 1994. Reflected in both inserts are some Tour cast replacements, including
    Crista Moore
    and Ann B. Davis.  One insert has bios and thumbnail photos of the cast.  The other has seven color production photos with the Crista Moore cast. See the last four scans above to see these photos.
