Appears to be made of some type of resin and part of the sled appears to be metal.  Measures approximately 3-1/4" high, and the snowy platform measures about  2-1/2" in diameter.  The "cork" part
underneath
the snowy platform measures approximately 2-3/16" in diameter at the top and 1-7/8" in diameter at the bottom.  The candle is NOT part of the auction; used for demonstrative purposes only.
