Dry fuel cell (HHO)

Hi to all drivers. I am selling the dry fuel cell, that produces Hydrogen for the future installation in the car and saving money on petrol. This is not from a brand, I built it myself. Now it produces around 1 liter per minute, for example 1 liter per minute is enough to to install in car with engine up to 2 liter capacity, but I know it is capable of producing of much more as all the parts in this cell are of very good quality. As an international student, who rents the apartment I don't have an ability to run a different tests with it. I built it for myself, but I am leaving the Spain soon, and can not take it with me. I dont think airport security will understand what it is. I used around 1.5 mm 316L stainless steel, 2.5 mm rubber gasket, plexiglass, and made holes with drill. The multiple videos on youtube and websites in google talk about proven results of up to 30% of economy in petrol and diesel consumption and around the same per cent less emissions of Carbon dioxide, but if you are interested in this kind of thing you probably already know it. The cell has 7 plates and with these bolts is expandable up to 13 plates.
