2 Vintage Holland Michigan Tulip Festival Pennants

Description

Up for auction are 2 vintage Holland Michigan Tulip Festival pennants.  The red one measures 17" long x  7" tall and the other 10" long x 6" wide.  The larger one is is made of felt and the other is like a polyester material.  Smaller one is two sided.  Red is missing one of the tassles and the other tassle has a staple in it, has wrinkles.  The other has a light stain on the top right side.  Red one has a store sticker on the back showing 39.
